Education:
1994: Bachelor of Arts in Athletic Training, Gustavus Adolphus College, St. Peter, MN
2005: Board Eligible Orthotist, Century College, White Bear Lake, MN

Experience:
Chad grew up in St. Cloud, MN and discovered the field of Orthotics in 2002. Chad started volunteering at Great Steps in 2003 and was hired full-time as an Orthotist in 2005. Building on his BA in Athletic Training from Gustavus Adolphus College, Chad completed the Orthotic Practitioner program at Century College in 2005. Chad graduated with Honors to earn both an A.A.S. and an Advanced Specialty Diploma for Orthotic Practitioner. Since graduation, Chad has been working for Great Steps and he currently cares for majority of our patients in South Western Minnesota. Chad works with all types of orthotic devices to improve function and mobility, prevent injury, reduce pain and promote healing.

Professional Activities/Committees:
Chad volunteers on the Safety Committee at his church in Rogers, MN. He is an NRA certified Range Safety Officer and helps run the pistol league at Monticello Rod & Gun Club. He also volunteers with his local Cub Scouts.

Hobbies:
Chad enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys, bicycling, hiking, camping, fishing, gardening, growing garlic, traveling, boating, skiing, pheasant hunting, target shooting and going to small group at church.
