John was introduced to the world of Orthotics & Prosthetics by a college friend. John quickly developed a love for the field and has been practicing as an Orthotist since 1989. John moved his family to the St. Cloud area in 1997, and in 2000 John’s passion for his patients and vision for excellence led him to create Great Steps Orthotics & Prosthetics. 

Since then, John has had the opportunity to manage the custom orthotic care for various Minnesota sports teams, including the Vikings, Timberwolves, Wild, Lynx, Twins, and the University of Minnesota Gophers. Many of John’s patients draw on his expertise in lower extremity orthotics, Pediatric and Sports Orthoses. John’s passion lies in providing custom orthotic solutions for difficult, demanding, and unique situations.
